went to ISB today! man, ISB is the loveeee yay. we met salli the counsellor who just ran through some introductory things, and boy will you not believe the news she broke.
I applied for thai introductory as my modern language, and french introductory as my alternate (if I didn't get thai), and it turns out I can't have either! [forgot why.] so guess what language I'm going to take now?
SPANISH!isn't that chao amazing? I mean, the only languages they had left were mandarin and spanish, and because the mandarin was an introductory course I could only take spanish. and of course, no complaints there. SPANISH IS CHAO COOL MAN, IT'D BE MY LIKE 3RD CHOICE IF I HAD ONE.
anyway other than that no major problems elective-wise, I think. took a pre-algebra test (cos I looked through the algebra I paper and it was like, TOUGH). pre-algebra is where you learn, well, pre-algebra before passing on to algebra. and algebra, if you pass, you go to geometry. yah. :D

we have a new student getaway thingy next week where we have a like 2 day 1 night getaway at this hotel one hour away from school. :D and orientation's tmr. whee! oh and I have my new student ID for purchasing food in the cafetaria. there's this totally cool top-up machine at the cafetaria where you slot in cash to top up your student ID value. ;D
